Assessment session
Your first session will be an assessment session with your assigned coach. The coach will evaluate your current condition and discuss the future steps with you

Live Strength training sessions (1-on-1)
Based on your assessment, the coach will take you through 2 live 45 minutes strength training sessions (1-on-1) to give you a proper feel of what you can expect in the program

A Nutrition Plan You Can Stick To
Get access to our beginner's guide to nutrition where we share sustainable eating habits and explain you what to eat and why to eat rather than just giving you a customised meal plan
