What would you choose : 1 month Transformation or Lifestyle change?

It’s not a diet or a workout, it’s a lifestyle change.

Have you ever lost weight by getting in a fitness routine and then gained all the weight back once you stopped that routine?

We believe the answer to this question is “yes” for most of us.

It happens because fitness is still considered as a short-term thing. It’s like “I am getting married in December”, so let’s join some fitness classes to lose some weight and look good in the wedding. We are least bothered about what will happen post that.

And because of this, we try to follow all the fad diets like Keto, Intermittent fasting etc without understanding what effect it’s going to have on our bodies. And in the last 5 years, we have seen many women who came to us because of the above mentioned reasons and many more.

Therefore, we decided that we should come up with something which could help them make Fitness a part of their lifestyle. If a client stays with us for at least a year, she should be able to get into a lifestyle which she loves, where working out or eating well for her body shouldn’t feel like a task for her. It should come naturally.

That something is “Lifestyle Score” where we ask our clients to track 5 things : Sleep, Activity, Nutrition, Hydration and Feel - the major aspects of our health.

For each of these aspects, we help them form a short-term goal and on the basis of the efforts taken in the direction of that goal, they give themselves a score out of 5. For example, have a look at the data of one of our clients “Sneha Marwa” for the months of June and July. You can clearly see how her average has increased over a span of two months on each of the aspects.

This is what Sneha has to say about Lifestyle Score, “Personally for me the lifestyle score has really helped me keep a track of the various parameters like nutrition, water intake, sleep, activity and feel factor. I initially never took conscious efforts to monitor these, however, now I have started to keep a track of my calorie intake for nutrition. I also monitor and make sure I consume around 3 litres of water a day and try to work out 5 days a week for around an hour with the SnC class. Taking these conscious efforts not only pushes me towards it but I have started seeing positive changes as well.”

Tracking weights and inches is good to see if you are progressing but the real progress is when you make that conscious effort to change your lifestyle so that in future, you don’t have to worry about your weight anymore.

This is what we believe in and this is what has helped many of our clients see those positive changes in their lives. So, if you are someone who wants to see those positive changes in their lives and make Fitness a habit, then VyomFIT’s “S&C for Women” program is for you. It is a program that helps women prevent/cure lifestyle disorders like PCOS, Irregular menstrual cycle, fertility issues, thyroid management etc using our Strength & Conditioning classes curated specially for women.
