What comes to your mind when you think of Fitness?
I guess 2 things - Abs & Weight Loss
Both of these are not at all indicators of fitness. They only show whats going on, on the outside. Nothing about them indicates anything internal such as Fitness & Health.
If you want to know what real fitness is then you should look at a persons daily life.
Their Habits, Rituals, Routines, Food and most importantly, Exercise!
When these points have something above an average 6-7/10, you can confidently say that, that person is living a healthy life and is FIT!
Furthermore, this person will definitely live a life with less Illness, Disease and Mental Problems.
