1st min: 10 Shoulder Tap + Tuck Jumps

2nd min: 10 Lying Single Leg Glute Bridges (Scale to lying glute bridges if needed)

3rd min: 20 Lying Heel Touches

4th min: Rest



Intermediates: Scale to 8 and 16 reps each

Beginners: Scale to 6 and 12 reps each
