130 Burpees

Scaling Options:

Intermediate: 90 Burpees

Beginners: 65 Burpees


Accessory Work:

5 Rounds

1:00 Plank



*If you took more than 20 mins to finish the burpees in the last 2 days, it would be smarter to the burpees in an EMOM style. Pick a number of burpees you can do consistently for 15 - 20 mins.


For example:

Intermediates: 8-10 Burpees every minute until you finish

Beginners: 6-8 Burpees everyinute until you finish.

If the EMOM style helps you get the job done try and hit the Rx number of burpees in EMOM style.
