Adherence and why it helps you grow - 8th September, 2021



There aren’t many difficult things about being fit- it is why you see so many transformations on social media. Becoming healthy is one of the easiest things in the world.

The thing that is not easy is consistency. A lack of consistency is why people give up. It is not motivation that fuels you but rather your discipline.

When it comes to fitness and nutrition, the most important thing is to stick to your goals and be clear why you want to achieve them because the road in front of you, though, may seem long, is not long; it is an adventure that never ends.

Fitness and good nutrition are something that has to be absorbed into your daily life.

When you do something inconsistently, you will never see its results and will always stay frustrated with who you are. Everyone has been where you have been, don’t be afraid of failing. Failure is a path to understanding and wisdom.

But once you have failed, you have to get back up and move forward-Diets, goals and nutrition. It is all the same. It is improving yourself by nurturing yourself and gaining discipline.

Be consistent with your regiments, and your results will show themselves. To adhere to something is to persevere; to persevere is to gain strength; to gain strength is to have the freedom to be you.
