Why is the Weighing Scale not a good measure of progress?!

Trying to get in shape? Then don't depend on your bathroom scales. To get the most accurate measure of your progress, experts say, you need to track much more than your weight.
Like we discussed yesterday, there can be many other things you can do to track your progress. But, I heard this question from a lot of you that, "Why is weight measuring not an accurate representation of my progress?"
Okay.. so lets start here. Is it or is it not. Simply put, IT IS NOT.
If your goal is to get leaner, (Yes inch loss and weight loss are different) then you might not always see a change on the scale and that could be frustrating. Here you get your answer to your "WHY" question too!
Now that you have all of this information, don't let us down and stop worshipping your weighing scale!!
Get down from that and measure using other parameters too.
