What is the Wix App?

The Wix app is a platform on which the VyomFit app is built to help all its users have a seamless Fitness experience.

Is it necessry to use the Wix app to attend classes at VyomFit?

No, it is not. We have all our bookings to classes through the wix app and our website too. So it is not necessary to use the Wix app alone to attend any kind of classes at VyomFit. You can also book your sessions through our website adn attend the classes.

What kind of classes do you offer at VyomFit?

At VyomFit, we offer a range of services ranging from Group Classes, 1:1 Private Coaching, Online Programs and online Live Classes. You can find more information about each of these under the Book Session page.

Do I have to pay to use the app?

There is no payment needed to use the app. We keep posting the workouts on a day to day basis and there are many more things that are available for free. Only certain services like classes and online programs are charged. However there are times, when they might also be offered for free. So keep checking out for such offers.


What all services do you provide and how can I avail them?

We have multiple service offerings listed under the Book Session page. You can avail any of these services by booking a session on the same page.

Do I need to sign up for a membership to avail a service?

Most of the services don't necessarily need a membership and can also be availed on a per session basis. You can just book one session by paying the per session fee and avail the service for just one session.

Do you offer a free trial session for your services?

Yes, we do offer a week's free trial for all our services. The Free Trial pack gives you 7 free sessions that can be used over a period of week across all our Group Class service offerings.


How do I book a session?

To book a session, go to the Book Session page and find the service that you wish to book. Select the suitable time, instructor and choose the mode of payment (single session or membership plan) and proceed further to finalise your booking.

How do I book a Free Trial Session?

To book a free trial session, follow the same procedure as you would to book a paid session, but during the checkout apply the coupon code "FREETRIAL" to waive off your fee for the trial session. You can also purchase the 1 Week Free Trial from the paid plans to use the 7 Free Trial sessions with a validity of 7 days.

How early and how late can I book a session?

You can book a session upto 7 days in advance and until the class starts. You can't book a session once the class has started.

Until when can I cancel a booked session?

You can cancel a session upto just before the class.

I have booked a session and it shows that I am waitlisted. What does this mean?

It means that currently the class is full and you are in the waitlist. Should someone cancel their booking, the slot will open up for you and you can confirm your booking then. You will have a 30 mins window to confirm your booking once the slot opens.

I have booked a Home WOD Live session? How to I attend the class?

As mentioned in the description of the service, you will need the ZOOM meetings app for the live class. The meeting ID for the class will be available in the class details as soon as you book the class. Should you miss joining the class on time, the meeting ID can then be accessed through the confirmation Email received on your registered email ID.

I haven't received a confirmation mail for my booking. What should I do?

There are a few possibilities why you aren't receiving a confirmation mail. Please check the steps in the order of priority. 1. Please check the same mail ID that you have logged in with. The mail confirmation will be delivered to the same mail ID. 2. If the above step didn't solve the issue, check your SPAM folder in case your mail provider market the mail as SPAM. 3. If the above step didn't solve the issue, please add "" to your contact list so that the confirmation mails don't get bounced. I want to buy a membership, what all options do you have?

We offer multiple membership options to our Group Classes, Open Gym and 1:1 Private Coaching services. 1:1 Private Coaching is available in 3 packages: - 5 Session Pack - 12 Session Pack - 25 Session Pack Group Classes are available in multiple packages: - 15 Session Pack - 25 Session Pack All these packs come with a validity within which the sessions need to be used and the session won't be carried forward. Please check our Membership Plans page for details on the validity of each pack.

What is the validity associated with different memberships?

Validity means you get a specific amount of time to use the sessions. For example, the validity for 25 session pack is 2 months. So, you get 2 months to use the 25 sessions.

Do I get any Free Trial Sessions before signing up for a Membership?

Yes. You get 1 Week Free Trial to our group classes. This Free trial gives you 7 sessions over a period of 1 week that can be used across any of our group classes. We also offer 1 Free Trial session for any of the 1:1 private coaching membership.

How do I book a Free Trial Session?

To book a Free Trial session, go to the services page and book a session of the appropriate service. During the checkout use the coupon code "FREETRIAL" to waive off your fee for the Trial Session. You can also purchase the 1 Week Free Trial package from the Membership Plans and use it again session bookings.

What payment options do you have?

We accept payments in the form of Cash, Card, Cheque, Bank Transfer. For all digital payments, you can pay online itself. For all offline payments like cash & cheque please reach out to us by visiting our centre or writing to us at

Do you offer EMI facility of membership payments?

Do you ship products outside Pune too?

Can we return products if they don't suffice our requirement by any chance?

As a policy, products once sold cannot be returned. However we do want our clients to be satisfied. Hence, if there is a special case, please feel free to reach out to us at and we will try our best to help you.

Do you charge any shipping amount for delivery of the products?

We try our best to provide delivery free of charge. However if there is an impossible situation there might be a minimal shipping charge for the delivery. Kindly check your location for the shipping charges applicable if any.
