Code of Conduct

Online Personal Training

  • Members should preferably be present in the waiting room at least 5 minutes before the session.

  • If a member doesn't show up for their session after 10 mins of the scheduled start time of the session, the session will be marked as no-show. In case of failure of cancellation ending in a no-show the session shall still be counted.

  • All requests to revert the no-show should be sent to support@vyom.fit or via the chat message on the app.

  • Members need to keep their Video turned ON throughout the meeting.

  • Members should wear appropriate workout attire during class. We will not allow people with inappropriate attire from the meeting.

  • Booking is mandatory to attend a session (allowed upto 0th min before the session). If a member misses booking a session, the session will not be conducted. All cancellation & rescheduling to be done by the user within the cancellation window (9 hours before the scheduled time of the session)

  • Members need to join the meeting using the link received in the booking confirmation mail. Please drop a mail to support@vyom.fit in case of not receiving meeting link.

  • No meeting link will be provided individually or outside the booking confirmation mail.

  • Any changes in bookings or membership details would require the member to send a mail at support@vyom.fit with proper details.
